Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL is seeking a Dining Operations Lead to oversee front-of-house dining and resident interactions. The role includes supporting staffing, inventory, and POS operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

We offer a full-time schedule with varied shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have ServSafe and a Food Handler's Card or be able to obtain both within 30 days.

• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Comfort with computers and email.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Food Handler's Card required—can be obtained onsite within 30 days.
• Valid Driver's License.

Mansioni

• Lead daily FOH dining operations and resident relations.
• Support FOH staffing: onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance.
• Manage FOH inventory, vendor relations, and budget-conscious ordering.
• Oversee POS system, menu accuracy, opening/closing, cash handling.
• Lead daily staff meetings and train FOH staff on service, safety, sanitation.
