Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockton, IL is seeking a Dining Services Associate at the Highview in the Woodlands location. This full-time role runs 6:00am–2:30pm and requires weekend and holiday availability.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour. You will assist with meal preparation and service to support resident dining, maintain clean and safe dining and food prep areas, follow dietary and infection-control guidelines, and provide respectful mealtime assistance while observing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a state food handler card or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in food service or long-term care preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work with patience, sensitivity, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service to support resident dining needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized dining and food prep areas.
• Follow dietary and infection control guidelines.
• Provide respectful and supportive mealtime assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ eating habits.
