Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL, is seeking a Dining Operations Lead to oversee daily front-of-house dining operations, resident relations, and special events. You will support FOH staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance with the Dining Operations Manager and HR.

The role requires high-volume FOH/restaurant experience, strong customer service, and multitasking skills, with certification like ServSafe preferred and a Food Handler's Card required within 30 days.

Formación

• High-volume FOH/restaurant/special event experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult guest or employee situations.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with computers/email and responding quickly.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Food Handler's Card required—can be obtained onsite within the first 30 days.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily front-of-house dining operations, resident/client relations, and special events, in line with regulations.
• Support FOH staffing, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance alongside Dining Operations Manager and HR.
• Manage FOH inventory, vendor relationships, and budget-conscious ordering.
• Oversee the POS system, menu accuracy, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
• Lead daily staff meetings and shift huddles, and train FOH staff on service, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food, service, and dining room quality while maintaining strong FOH/BOH communication and morale.
• Support regulatory compliance through audits, safety logs, and food handler certifications.
