Punch Bowl Social is seeking a friendly and energetic Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and help create a memorable first impression. Your role sets the tone for the guest experience and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle reservations, answer phones, assist with take-out orders, and work with a team to ensure smooth dining room operations. Prior restaurant or bar exposure is a plus, but not required.

As a Host, you’re the vibe‑setter—the first face guests see and the last one they remember. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

But there are a few skills you should have from the get‑go:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!
