Punch Bowl Social in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests and set the tone from the moment they walk in. You’ll help guests enjoy their experience and guide them to the right seats.

Training covers reservations, seating, phone handling, and teamwork to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant and bar setting.

Qualifications

• Guest experience is valued and you take pride in everything you do.
• Effective communication with strangers is essential.
• Teamwork makes work easier and more fun.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal.
• Prior restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone from entry.

As a Host, you're the vibe-setter - the first face guests see and the last one they remember. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality

Paid Sick Leave is limited to 40 hours (5 days) for the year and maximum is 80 hours (10 days).
