Punch Bowl Social in Austin, TX is seeking a Host to set the vibe from the moment guests arrive. You’ll greet guests, manage seating and help guests find their way to a great dining and social experience.

No experience? Training provided. The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork and friendly communication in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do.
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course).
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers.
• We understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork.
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in.
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly.
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders.
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality.
