Job summary

Opportunity Village is seeking a Food Service Sanitation worker at the Nellis Air Force Base Dining Facility under the Manager of Dining Room Operations. You will ensure dining areas and kitchen equipment are clean, well stocked, and maintained in accordance with departmental and military policies.

Responsibilities include bussing tables, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and dishes, operating the dishwasher, and performing general cleaning across dining, kitchen, restrooms, and related

Qualifications

• Current Food Handlers Card or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bussing dining room tables and maintaining cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, refrigerators and beverage area.
• Clean and operate dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize pots/pans, dishes, and flatware.
• General cleaning of dining, kitchen, restrooms, loading docks, grease areas, storage and trash areas.
• Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment as required by law.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
