Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining room operations and deliver a consistently high-quality experience for residents and guests. You will hire and train front-of-house staff, provide professional leadership under the Director of Food & Beverage, and drive improvements in service efficiency, guest relations, and compliance with sanitation standards.

This role requires a team-first mindset, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (college or culinary training preferred).
• Experience in front-of-house operations and guest services is a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, family members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide ideas to improve service efficiency and implement them.
• Maintain and manage the front-of-house POS system.
• Oversee front-of-house labor and food presentation.
• Ensure passing scores in state/local sanitation audits and inspections.
