Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Dining Experience Coordinator at our campus dining program in Cleveland to engage students, support meal plan administration, and coordinate events. You will serve as a key liaison between students, dining staff, and campus partners to ensure a positive dining experience.

The role is entry-level and emphasizes customer service, communications, and program awareness of Viking Food Co.'s offerings, with opportunities to contribute to campus engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with multiple information technology systems including meal plan administration and POS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for student and guest dining inquiries.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly via dining services email.
• Support student outreach and dining satisfaction programs.
• Assist with dining service marketing, promotions, and engagement activities.
• Gather feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Maintain a visible presence in dining locations to foster positive relationships.
