Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is seeking a Program Manager for Penn Dining, Hospitality Services, to serve as the primary contact for the University Club, Penn Dining Events, and Summer Conferences. You will lead membership sales, budgeting, marketing and events coordination, with a focus on revenue growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, education and experience.
• 2–3 years of related work experience in a university setting preferred.
• Food & Beverage/Culinary experience or Program Management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong administrative and customer service background with professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer software including Word, Excel, email, and data reporting tools; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-facing contact for University Club and related events.
• Manage membership sales, budgeting, marketing and communications.
• Coordinate and support Penn Dining events, Summer Conferences, and special programs.
• Oversee University Club email communications and problem resolution.
• Support revenue growth and maintain budgetary compliance and profitability.
