Chinook Winds Casino Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Host to provide welcoming, high-energy service from arrival through departure. You will manage seating, wait lists, and to-go orders while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, strong communication with team members, and contributing ideas to improve service. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience as host/hostess in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or casino preferred.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• Siletz Tribal Gaming License required.
• OLCC Alcohol Service permit (18+) required.
• Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of start date.
• VIP (Visibly Intoxicated Person) Permit within 45 days of start date.

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and provide exceptional hospitality from arrival through departure.
• Efficiently manage seating, wait lists, and table assignments.
• Package to-go orders accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
• Communicate wait times and guest questions clearly; assist servers and leadership as needed.
