Job summary

Fooda is hiring for a front-of-house team member in Georgia to keep cafe spaces welcoming, handle orders, and ensure a positive daily experience for colleagues and visitors.

You will manage cash and operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, follow Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation, and communicate clearly to escalate issues when needed. Previous food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication and self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable handling cash and making accurate change.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
• Go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and clean dishes
• Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
• Know and maintain theFoodaStandards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
• Escalate issues to Directorwhen necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve

Who You Are:

• You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
• You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
• You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
• You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
• Prior food service and cashier experience preferred
