Job summary

Parker Health Group, Inc. in Monroe, NJ, seeks a Dining Assistant to support our nursing care residence. The role is part-time with 6:00am–2:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm shifts, three days per week including Wednesdays and alternating Mondays/Fridays, and every other weekend.

You will help ensure meals are high quality, plated nicely, and served with outstanding service. Strong preference for experience with geriatric or dementia residents; high school diploma or GED required; fluency in English;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as wait staff or host/hostess/captain.
• Experience with geriatric or dementia residents preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in English.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Dining Assistant - Monroe - Part time - $19.25 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art-community - (3) days per week, 6:00am - 2:00pm and/or 11:00am -7:00pm, every Wednesday, alternating Mondays and Fridays, and every other weekend - The Dining Assistant will ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared, presented and served with excellent customer service. 2025 was our third year in a row being recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" by NJBiz.com, one of the leading business journals in the state.
