Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI, is seeking a Safety Assistant to support our residents and campus security on a part-time basis with evening and overnight shifts.

You will monitor grounds, respond to emergencies, document incidents, and assist with equipment maintenance while upholding our values of Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with ability to transport to locations occasionally.
• Current First Aid certification from Red Cross or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor grounds, buildings, walkways, and public areas to identify and report safety risks.
• React promptly to emergencies such as fire or medical alarms by investigating, mitigating hazards, contacting emergency services, and providing first aid as needed.
• Accurately document and report all incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to ensure proper follow-up and compliance.
• Assist residents and visitors with non-emergency needs, perform minor maintenance repairs, and support the upkeep of safety equipment like fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.

Part Time | Night Shift Working 11 pm - 7:30 am - Every Weekend

Pay: $21.95-24.65/hour
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Safety Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with the ability to transport yourself and materials to various locations occasionally, including driving company vehicles.
• Current First Aid certification from Red Cross or equivalent.
