Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Douglasville, GA, is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with tray and beverage service, and help reset dining room after meals.

You will interact politely with residents and staff, follow safety and confidentiality policies, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; full-time or part-time options with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls before and after meals.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Assist with tray service and dining room cleanliness after meals.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
