Job summary

Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Worker to support food and beverage operations. You will clean and sanitize kitchen areas, assist with equipment, and help maintain a safe, efficient service environment for guests.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced setting; physical tasks include standing and lifting, with shifts including weekends. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all food and beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas in a manner that it is ready for use.
• Work directly with Steward and Executive Steward in accomplishing daily workload goals.
• Sweep and mop floors, cleans floor mats and drains.
• Empty all trash.
• Clean and transport Food and Beverage equipment to requested locations.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
