P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Denver is seeking enthusiastic servers to provide exceptional dine-in service in a scratch-kitchen setting. No prior experience is required; we train you and help you succeed in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler’s Card or assistance in obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
