Qualifications

• Proven commitment to excellent guest service and etiquette.
• Ability to uphold sanitation and safety procedures in a fast-paced setting.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Willingness to learn and be trained without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience, taking, placing, and serving orders and processing payments.
• Understands seating layout and delivers food within the restaurant.
