Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience required.
• Technical apprenticeship or vocational training.
• Experience in vehicle construction and analysis of vehicle issues.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop actions to optimize functional dimensions and auditing scores.
• Create and optimize resources for pilot hall activities.
• Contribute to corrective actions and evaluate them.
• Perform interfering edge analyses.
• Optimize body construction process workflows.
• Support analyses of parts and assemblies and manage changes to in-house/purchased parts.
• Support quality optimization and surface analyses.
• Specify sequential processes and align equipment.
• Identify errors, write damage reports, and implement corrective actions to improve readiness.
• Work independently to troubleshoot vehicles and track issues in the factory.
