Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior professional to own investment assessments across opportunity, coverage, and realization stages. You will integrate technical, ownership, manufacturing, founder, commercial, and financial findings and set investment amounts, conditions, and scenarios; presenting recommendations to leadership.

You will lead analysts, coordinate external expertise when depth is required, and maintain comprehensive realization maps with version history.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree plus 6+ years related experience
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Experience performing responsibilities directly related to the position

Responsibilities

• Own investment assessments across opportunity, coverage, and realization stages.
• Integrate technical, ownership, manufacturing, founder, commercial, and financial findings.
• Set investment amounts, conditions, and scenarios; present recommendations to leadership.
• Direct analysts; commission outside expertise when depth is needed.
• Maintain eligible‑buyer and realization maps with version history and rationale.
• Establish Mandarin review paths; disclose gaps before accepting delivery commitments.
• Challenge capital and production assumptions with scenario analysis and evidence.
• Preserve dissent; carry disagreements to leadership for resolution.
