Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a compassionate Conversion Crew member to support the Operations department with event setup, conversions, and regular facility maintenance. This role requires physical tasks, coordination with managers, and adherence to schedules in a busy live-entertainment setting.

The position is part-time, with night, weekend, and holiday shifts; safety and teamwork are essential. Eligible for ACA-based benefits, with additional company policies described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of operations equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines and work in a timely manner.
• Ability to work as a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Physically assist with event setup, conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist leadership with event/operation information.
• Establish day-to-day tasks for the department.
• Perform facility operational tasks on non-event days.
• Other operational duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department by assisting with event setup s , conversions , general facility maintenance , and daily operational tasks.

Essential Functions

• Physically assist with event setup s , conversions , and daily operational tasks .
• Assist the Assistant Manager s of Operations , Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/ operation related information .
• Work with Supervisor s to establish day to day task s for department .
• Perform facility operational tasks required to maintain the facility on non-event days .
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned .

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency
• 0-2 years o f related work experience
• Working knowledge of operations equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
• Must be able to work nights , weekends , and holidays as event schedule requires
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a timely manner
• Ability to work as a team and accurately follow instructions
• Ability to complete tasks with great attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team member
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent time management skills and abi lity to prioritize specific tasks
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively maneuver between functions .
• Forklift certification not required but strongly preferred
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Knowledge of and/or previous work experience in sports and entertainment preferred
• Knowledge of general safety practices

Payscale

$21.53 per hour

Bonus

This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
