Responsibilities
  • Work with Custodial Supervisor on day to day tasks for the department.
  • Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Physically assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including but not limited to setting up, breaking down, and properly storing items such as tables, chairs, portable stages, and dance floors.
  • Assist Operations and Event Managers on relevant event/operation related information.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or its equivalency.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Working knowledge of operations equipment including pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
    • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
    • Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
    • Ability to work as a team and understand and follow instructions.
    • Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Payscale: $18 - $20
  • Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
  • Benefits: Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
