Job summary

This position is with Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. The Protocol Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute visits by distinguished persons, and staff all project documentation for coordination and approval at appropriate levels.

Responsibilities include formulating protocol policy, leading studies, and managing Official Representation Funds and Special Morale and Welfare Funds for events. Telework is eligible.

Qualifications

• You MUST provide transcripts or other documentation to support your educational claims.
• Graduate education: one academic year of graduate education is one academic year of full-time study.
• Foreign Education: education from foreign institutions must be evaluated or credited as equivalent to U.S. education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Protocol Specialist, planning, coordinating, and executing visits by distinguished persons.
• Review, amend, and staff project documents, including invitations and scripts, for proper coordination.
