Job summary

Center for Employment Opportunities is seeking a Digital Workspace Product Manager in Philadelphia to own staff-facing tools, oversee the digital workplace, and drive adoption across 30+ sites. You will unify apps, streamline workflows, and scale operations for 650+ employees.

The role requires 5+ years in digital product management, experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com, and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital workplace management, or IT product ownership.
• Proven ability to define product visions, roadmaps, backlogs and cross-functional deployments.
• Translate complex operational needs into intuitive technical workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, and training/adoption design experience.
• Experience supporting distributed multi-site organizations with enterprise tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace and workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development and low-code/no-code workflows.
• Certifications: CSPO, PMP, Google Workspace Administrator, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product roadmaps for assigned technologies in alignment with tech strategy.
• Balance operational needs with data security and accurate reporting.
• Manage full product lifecycle from planning to decommissioning or modernization.
• Prioritize backlogs with leadership based on capacity and impact.
• Lead internal discovery and map workflows to translate stakeholder needs into technical specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors for solution design and adoption.
• Drive organization-wide change management with onboarding materials and training programs.
• Define governance, data flows, and KPIs; maintain SOPs and documentation.
