Job summary

Center for Employment Opportunities seeks a Digital Workspace Product Manager to own the staff-facing technology ecosystem across 650+ employees and 30+ sites in a hybrid New York City setting.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, unify applications like Google Workspace and workflow tools, and lead change management to improve adoption, security, and data quality across distributed teams and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management or IT product ownership.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into practical workflows.
• Experience with multi-site, distributed organizations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product roadmap for assigned technologies in partnership with Senior Leadership.
• Prioritize backlogs and initiatives based on organizational capacity and impact.
• Lead internal product discovery and translate stakeholder needs into technical specs.
• Establish governance, data security, and KPI tracking across platforms.
