Job description

Job Summary

Work with the Digital Workspace team to handle incidents and tasks logged by Corewell Health staff members. Primary responsibility will be to support Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint, One Note, One Drive and other Microsoft tools.

Under direct supervision, assists in responding to requests from users for new or modified systems. This may involve planning, designing, and analyzing various programs or software. May help in the consultation with users to identify current operating procedures for single departmental changes, define system requirements, and determine programming and/or application functional requirements. Learns to create technical and procedural designs for new or revised applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. May assist in the documentation to describe application changes for program development and corrections.

Essential Functions
  • Under general supervision, assists in the planning, design, testing, implementation, support and analysis of programs and software.

  • Helps define system requirements and identify programming and/or application functional requirements.
  • Based upon technical and procedural information, assists in developing system specifications and programming guidelines.
  • Supports the documentation of application changes for program development and corrections.
Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Prior customer service experience in a technical field

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
  • Background in a health care, sciences or information systems
