The Role
We are looking for an experienced, business-oriented Employee Experience Consultant to join our Kyndryl Consult team and help customers unlock the value of their Digital Workplace environments.
You will play a critical role in advising clients on how to improve Employee Experience, optimize device management strategies, and align digital workplace initiatives to business outcomes. You will lead engagements focused on evaluating current-state environments, conducting maturity assessments, creating strategic roadmaps, and driving transformation aligned to industry best practices.
This role is for you if you are passionate about the intersection of technology, Employee Experience, and business value — helping customers move beyond tooling to deliver measurable outcomes and improved digital workplace experiences.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
Lead consulting engagements with customers focused on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Modern Device Management strategy and optimization.
Conduct client workshops, capability and maturity assessments, persona mapping, and user journey analysis to identify experience gaps and business improvement opportunities.
Develop strategic roadmaps, experience improvement strategies, and business cases to support customers' digital workplace transformation objectives.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and improve employee experience.
Leverage enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to ensure alignment of digital workplace initiatives to overall business and IT strategies.
Provide guidance on leading DEX / DEM tools and platforms, including best practices for deployment, configuration, and optimization.
Support development of Digital Workplace governance models, operational processes, and continuous improvement strategies.
Facilitate executive-level presentations and recommendations to secure stakeholder buy-in and commitment to transformation initiatives.
Contribute to internal knowledge development, frameworks, and consulting assets to evolve our service offerings.
Maintain awareness of market trends, vendor landscape, and emerging technologies in Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, and Device Management domains.

Who You Are
This role is for just for you, if you love working on EX strategies and have the following :
5+ years’ experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Digital Workplace technologies at an IT professional services firm or similar background in an IT role in a large enterprise
Demonstrated experience delivering advisory engagements related to Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions, and Modern Device Management.
Experience conducting maturity assessments, strategy development, persona / user journey mapping, and business case creation.
Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or similar Enterprise Architecture & Service Management models.
Strong understanding of Modern Device Management platforms and principles (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, MaaS360).
Broad knowledge of DEX / DEM toolsets (such as Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, Riverbed Aternity, Microsoft Endpoint Analytics).
Ability to bridge business and technical conversations; strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage ambiguity while delivering tangible results.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations :
California : $147,600 to $305,880
New York City : $161,040 to $305,880
Washington : $147,600 to $280,320
Washington DC : $147,600 to $280,320
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note : If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
