Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior wealth management professional to lead Digital Wealth Management initiatives and channel strategy. You will oversee teams partnering with business units to deliver advisor and client solutions, and act as an architect for platform development projects.

The role involves hiring, training, and developing associates, with a focus on delivering complex projects in a collaborative, in-office culture that offers flexibility based on role and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wealth management and financial services.
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize multiple deliverables.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience with an enterprise digital platform.
• Basic knowledge of Agile software development process.
• Experience with financial planning or client performance reporting.
• Familiarity with UHNW advisor needs and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Directs and initiates Digital Wealth Management initiatives and channel strategy.
• Leads teams working with business partners on advisor/client solutions.
• Architect for platform development projects and design/implement systems and tests.
• Directly involved with large and complex initiatives with managerial responsibilities.
• Hire, train and develop associates.
