Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management and financial services.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting an enterprise digital platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and initiate Digital Wealth Management initiatives and channel strategy.
• Lead teams to develop advisor and client advice solutions, including financial planning and reporting.
• Act as architect for platform development projects.
• Contribute to systems design and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in large and complex projects and initiatives.
• Hire, train, and develop associates.
• Drive Responsible Growth for clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders.
