Job summary

Wichita State University is seeking a Program Manager to join the NIAR CAD/CAM (Digital Twin & Digital Manufacturing) Team. The role requires strong planning across budgets, timelines, and teams, with risk management and earned value awareness.

You will collaborate with the PI and project team to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements are met throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, PM, Business, Management, or related field.
• Five years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with EVM driven programs and DoD lifecycle.
• Ability to use Power BI and MS Project for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Lead project team meetings and document actions, issues, and risks.
• Provide timely status reporting on milestones, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Assist in technical and financial progress reports.
• Improve standard PM practices, templates, and tools.
