Qualifications

• 60 hours of college coursework in business administration or related field.
• Four years of experience in project management or related field; substitutions apply per policy.
• Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and resource planning; EAR/ITAR awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans, creates schedules and ensures task deliverables meet expectations.
• Collaborates with project contributors to assess and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Defines and ensures resources are assigned to meet project goals.
• Monitors project and communicates quality and progress metrics to department and/or staff(s).
• Recommends project budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
• Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
