Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technology Project Manager for Digital Twin and Parking initiatives in Euless, TX. This contract-based role will own end-to-end PMO delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will manage implementation and the transition to operations, ensuring seamless handoffs and alignment with program goals. PMP certification is preferred.
