Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager for the Nathan Lane Manufacturing site in Plymouth, MN. You will lead end-to-end digital manufacturing initiatives, including MES implementations and SAP integration, to enable real-time visibility and scalable manufacturing analytics.

The role requires leadership across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT, with focus on change management, regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable business impact in a highly regulated

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of PM experience or advanced degree with 3+ years PM experience.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives within regulated manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of MES, SAP, quality systems, and shop-floor automation integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital manufacturing initiatives (MES and related solutions) in a high-volume, regulated environment.
  • Integrate MES with shop-floor systems, SAP, and quality systems to enable data flow and visibility.
  • Plan and execute projects within scope, timeline, budget, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead change management: stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to support the digital transformation roadmap.

You will help drive the site's digital transformation strategy by delivering scalable, integrated solutions that connect shop-floor execution, business processes, and enterprise systems such as SAP.This role goes beyond program coordination.
