Responsibilities

  • Process products returned to distribution, including data entry, inspection of the product and packaging condition and disposition of the product.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Customer Solutions and Business Units to insure that the appropriate disposition is completed properly.
  • Process product returned to distribution, including data entry, product inspection, packaging condition review, and disposition of returned goods.
  • Ensure returned product is handled according to established procedures, quality requirements, and business rules.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Customer Solutions and Business Units to ensure appropriate disposition is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Document return transactions and maintain accurate records in SAP or another ERP system.
  • Support investigation and resolution of return discrepancies as needed.
  • Follow all applicable safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
