Medtronic Tempe Campus is seeking a Principal Automation Software Engineer to support Manufacturing Operations. You will join the Software Automation team to advance manufacturing automation software for test and visual inspection stations.

The ideal candidate will own critical software, provide expert-level production support, and drive migrations toward enterprise-aligned solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

An ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated individual with a thorough understanding of current manufacturing automation software. The candidate must have strong problem solving and analytic skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication competencies.Test and visual inspection automation provides technical ownership and leadership for traceability workflow applications at the Tempe campus.
