Job summary

Arcwood is seeking a Program Manager for the Digital Transformation Office in Indianapolis. The role oversees complex, cross‑functional IT projects and programs, aligning digital initiatives with business goals and ensuring delivery from concept to launch.

The position requires 5+ years of enterprise project/program management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred PMP/PgMP or Scrum Master certifications. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant professional expereince in DTO/IT PMO. Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, PgMP and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, cross‑functional technical projects and programs for the DTO.
• Bridge IT/Digital and business goals by driving planning, execution, and delivery from concept to launch.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field

Master's degree
