Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• PMP certification and Six Sigma expertise are required.
• Master’s degree preferred; healthcare/research domain knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise-wide program delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across departments.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs and interdependent projects.
• Introduce and implement project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and performance; ensure timely resolution.
• Provide coaching and oversight to project managers and team members.
• Lead organizational change management efforts and ensure successful adoption.
• Deliver continuous process improvements and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
