Job summary

Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology seeks a Digital Transformation Product Strategy Manager to support the Department of Early Childhood. This technical leader will advise the CIO, driving human-centered service delivery and modernizing the agency's digital product portfolio.

You will manage product roadmaps, lead scaled agile delivery, and oversee vendor performance to ensure digital products are simple, secure, and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Four years of college in computer science, engineering design, product innovation, information system management, or IT-related field.
• Three years progressively responsible administrative experience in digital product management, agile delivery leadership, or organizational transformation.
• Three years managing full product lifecycle including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, requirements engineering, and agile delivery.
• Three years managing cross-functional teams in Scaled Agile or high-velocity delivery environment.
• Three years of vendor management, budget oversight, and strategic resource planning experience.
