Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree and four years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Six years in IT systems integration, enterprise architecture, or related roles preferred.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional teams and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical and system modernization strategy for MES.
• Oversees product roadmaps, vendor contracts, and project management staff.
• Aligns operations with business needs and coordinates with bureau chiefs.
• Leads cross-functional teams to implement integration standards.
