Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN seeks a Digital Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing to drive digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will bridge Operations, IT, Engineering and Leadership to implement AI-enabled solutions that boost productivity, quality and cost performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end digital capabilities across Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Washers and Dryers, with a focus on data-driven

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with multi-product lines.
• Experience with digital manufacturing systems and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and CI methods.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives across planning, warehousing, logistics, production, and quality.
• Drive Industry 4.0 adoption: IoT, AI, ML, analytics, and automation.
• Establish KPI dashboards and predictive analytics for actionable insights.
• Lead process mining and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Scale AI solutions for maintenance, forecasting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Oversee MES, WMS, and OEE platforms and ensure integration and governance.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to drive change across functions.
