You will build business cases for digital investments, lead change management, and implement analytics and visualization tools to improve site performance. The role requires a Master’s in a related field and 3+ years of cross-functional governance, data pipelines, and ROI-focused analyses in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or closely-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in capability prioritization, multi-site roadmap development, and cross-functional program governance in agricultural/manufacturing.
• Experience building business cases for digital investments including ROI quantification, cost-benefit analysis, and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation strategy and program portfolio for vegetable seed processing.
• Build business cases for digital investments and manage change/adoption programs.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based data pipelines, analytics platforms, and visualization solutions.
• Assess and implement fit-for-purpose digital tools across sites; coordinate cross-functional governance.
