Job summary

JBS International is seeking a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability spanning automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and practical AI applications.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in-office at JBS International HQ in North Bethesda, MD, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through modern digital tools and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related technology field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture with hands-on low-code platforms such as monday.com, Smartsheet, Power Platform.
• 5+ years of analytics and data platforms experience (e.g., Snowflake, BI tools, SQL, Salesforce) delivering dashboards and insights.
• Python and SQL programming skills; proven ability to design and implement AI use cases in scalable client solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder enablement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and delivery of automation and workflow solutions.
• Design, build, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities within business workflows.
• Establish governance, standards, and reusable templates for scalable solutions.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define strategy and drive adoption.
