Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to define and execute the EPC digital strategy, streamline workflows, and build in-house tools enabling collaboration across design, engineering, and construction. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations in EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy
• Experience with AI Tools & Technologies (Claude Code or similar AI supported engineering)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (Master’s a plus)
• Excellent communication and change management skills

You’lloversee core EPCsystems whileestablishingscalable, data-driven processes that serve asa single sourceof truth. This role combines hands-on system leadership with long-term vision-setting and includes the opportunityto grow a dedicated digital innovation team.

Desired Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations in EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy
• Proven leadership of technical and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflows and project lifecycles (utility-scale solar/battery stationary storage a plus)
• Experience with systems likeWorkday,SmartSheets,Sharepoint, Oracle, and P6
• Experience with AI Tools & Technologies(Claude Code or similar AI supported engineering)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (Master’s a plus)
• Excellent communication andchangemanagement skills
