Job summary

Kda Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert Systems Engineer to act as a Senior Digital Transformation Architect. This role requires the individual to define and modernize the technical architecture for a centralized IT systems data ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in securing architectures that support advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities include leading integration efforts between Azure and enterprise platforms like Splunk and ServiceNow, driving data governance, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in systems engineering within the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration, and Digital Transformation.
• 15+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of future-state enterprise architecture for Splunk, ServiceNow, and AppDynamics.
• Define and maintain end-to-end technical architecture for IT systems data ecosystem.
• Lead systems integration efforts across technical teams.
• Operationalize data governance and access control policies.
• Architect secure network segmentations and cross-domain solutions.
• Assist in managing program scope, schedules, and technical dependencies.
