Qualifications

• 3–5 years in process analysis, workflow documentation, or support engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Lean Six‑Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Process Engineer in collecting and documenting system requirements.
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies in workflows.
• Design future-state digital workflows and support change management activities.
