Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Easton, PA manufacturing team. You will own day-to-day training coordination across the facility, scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time completion.

You will create digital work instructions and training videos and drive the rollout of Azumuta with the HR Learning Partner, Health & Safety, and operations. You will build digital training content, manage the Skills Matrix, and generate progress reports for shop-floor

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling, tracking, and following up on multiple training activities.
• Experience with tracking or reporting tools (spreadsheets, an LMS, or similar systems) to monitor completion and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with employees and supervisors at all levels on training.
• Experience or strong interest in content creation, video/image editing, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with editing tools like Clipchamp, Canva, or Adobe Express.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) for scheduling and collaboration.
• Attention to detail for managing multiple projects and maintaining digital records.
• Interest in learning digital platforms like Azumuta and working with new technologies.
• Comfort on the shop floor, following PPE requirements and collaborating with operational teams.
• Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams to keep training on track.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team and HR Learning Partner to capture videos and images on the shop floor.
• Convert paper-based instructions into digital work instructions and training videos using Azumuta.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions across the facility, aligning with production schedules.
• Track training completion using Azumuta and follow up on overdue training.
• Maintain training records to support audits, safety compliance, and reporting.
• Generate regular reports on training progress for HR and shop-floor leadership.
• Ensure Health & Safety protocols are integrated into digital instructions with H&S.
• Develop digital libraries of tools, PPE, equipment, and symbols used facility-wide.
• Assist in design and creation of training materials and guides for Azumuta users.
• Use the Skills Matrix to tailor training content to operator levels and assignments.
