Job summary

Victaulic in Easton, PA is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage the day-to-day training across the facility. You will schedule sessions, track progress, and create digital work instructions and training videos using Azumuta.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Health & Safety and HR, build a scalable training program, develop content, and monitor deadlines. This role offers growth, hands-on project work, and exposure to new digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in HR, Training & Development is a plus.
• Experience coordinating training in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital instructions and content creation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily training activities across the Easton facility.
• Create digital work instructions and training videos.
• Track completion and timely delivery of training and certifications.
• Maintain training records for audits and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Mfg, H&S and HR to rollout Azumuta.
