Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and license to practice in Florida.
• At least six years of law practice with six years in contracting/transactions.
• State Bar certification preferred but not limited to Florida Bar.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and writing skills.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on technology contracts, software, cloud, SaaS, and related agreements.
• Guide internal clients on legal matters and assist with contract execution and policy implementation.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent the organization in negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contract management across assigned areas.
