• Willingness to commit for two years to pursue a Digital Talent agent path.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including monitoring emails, screening phone calls, and calendar management.
• Draft, send, and track all deal memos and campaign execution with brands and agencies.
• Source and expand the digital talent database using various tools and social knowledge.
• Coordinate with accounting to input client bookings and submit invoices.
• Communicate professionally with high‑profile clients, managers, brand partners, and executives.
• Perform ad hoc duties for projects as needed.
