Job summary

Stifel is seeking an Operations Associate-Digital Support in St. Louis to assist in supporting Client Facing Platforms and Digital Banking products. You will troubleshoot, train, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-level client service.

The role is a compressed schedule with 4 days/10 hour shifts, requiring a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support with a high level of customer service.
• Manage incoming calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to client-facing applications and digital banking products.
• Provide high-level customer service for banking-related inquiries including digital banking access, debit cards, credit cards, and online banking.
• Develop effective communication with clients, branch personnel, bank associates, and internal teams.
• Identify issues and escape appropriately.
• Provide timely updates on issue progression.
• Collaborate across teams and departments.
• Maintain a professional and client-focused approach at all times.
